We should look at what do we consider as competencies for someone to be considered a Forensic Nurse. I know each facility may be different but if we could have a guideline/suggestion it might help with getting programs started.

Thought I would share a quick list of a few resources for public use in serving those who need identity protection, alerts, and safeguards in the power/control cycle of abuse!

2024 Member Presentations List - NEED YOUR INFO!

Hi All,

The Educ committee desires to collect a list of any AFNA member who has presented locally, regionally, nationally, internationally or published for 2024! If you have spoken on a topic whether in-person, online, conference, meeting, community event, please let us know. We want to feature those presenters to our membership body with a special recognition from the EDUC Committee during our annual conference. Please List Presenter Name/Credentials, Date, Location and Title of your session/published work! We would like to get this collected by 10/31/24 (1 week prior to the conf). If you also have something planned NOV-DEC, please include.
