Description: The webinar will focus on harm reduction strategies that can be applied in both domestic violence advocacy and health settings to support survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) who have mental health and substance use experience.


At the end of this webinar, participants will better be able to:

Define behavioral health, mental health and substance use coercion impacts of IPV.

Identify harm reduction strategies to enhance organizational capacity for fostering healing, connection, and empowerment with survivors accessing programs.

Describe how to build partnerships between community-based organizations and health centers to promote bi-directional referrals.
